The walls and roofs are made with Isopan panels, lightweight yet resistant even to the strong winds in the areas near the coast. The malleability of the Isopan panels also allowed for the creation of openings on the sides of the building resembling the wings of a gull, the symbol of Baglietto, an international nautical landmark since 1854. To build the shipyard, covering a total surface of 35,000 sqm, the most suitable Isopan products for each application were used: Isocop PIR, Isoclass PIR, Isopiano, arkwall, Isofire Wall, Isoparete plissè PIR.
This building is visible from both land and sea, a business card of the world-class shipyard.
