Manni Group and Isopan publish the 2025 ESG Reports: transparency and innovation across the value chain
Manni Group and Isopan announce the publication of their respective 2025 ESG Reports, essential tools to report on economic, social, and environmental performance and to reinforce the Group’s commitment to sustainability across all its activities.
In 2025, Manni Group recorded aggregate revenue of €381 million, equity of €135 million, 639 employees, 5,865 clients served, operations in 25 countries, and 167 MW of managed renewable capacity.
Following the Joint Venture with Marcegaglia Steel, Isopan produced its first autonomous ESG report, recording aggregate revenue of €433.71 million, 755 employees, 4,492 clients served, and operations in 63 countries worldwide.
From an environmental perspective, the Manni Group reports highlight significant results: of more than 11,000 MWh of energy consumed, 68.24% comes from renewable sources; of 277,000 tons of materials purchased, 65.22% is recycled; and of nearly 18,000 tons of waste, 99.88% was recovered.
Isopan recorded 34,000 MWh of energy consumed, with 31.32% from renewable sources, 44,000 tons of recycled materials out of 219,000 tons purchased, and more than 11,000 tons of waste recovered out of 13,337 tons generated.
Manni Group’s 80 years represent not only a milestone but also a starting point to look to the future with responsibility and industrial vision. The Joint Venture with Marcegaglia Steel marks a strategic step in our growth, combining the expertise and production capabilities of two Italian companies to strengthen our global presence and develop new opportunities across the construction value chain and building envelope solutions.
The Joint Venture is also a crucial step for Isopan: for the first time, we are presenting an autonomous ESG Report dedicated entirely to the company, demonstrating our commitment to sustainability across the entire value chain and valuing the expertise of our teams and the contribution of partners at every stage of production and commercial processes.
Both documents confirm the Group’s alignment with the new European ESRS – European Sustainability Reporting Standards, introduced by the CSRD – Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, with an approach based on double materiality. In 2025, Manni Group received an ESG Rating of 74.4 from Cerved Rating Agency, ranking in the “High” category with an A rating, recognizing progress in renewable energy use, materials and waste management, employee well-being, governance, and early adoption of ESG standards.
