In the heart of Emilia, just a few kilometers from Parma, Azienda Agricola San Nicomede invested in a new building designed to combine modern construction standards with local identity and landscape integration. The facility was conceived to meet the operational and logistic needs typical of the agri-industrial sector, while also reflecting the company’s values: quality, connection to the land, and a forward-looking vision.
The project prioritized materials offering high thermal and mechanical performance, as well as a distinctive visual impact in harmony with the rolling hills of Salsomaggiore Terme.
At the core of the building envelope are Isoparete Plus panels from Isopan, designed for high-performance vertical walls. The 100 mm insulation ensures an effective thermal barrier, ideal for agricultural environments exposed to seasonal temperature changes.
What truly sets this project apart is the Diamond finish with corten effect (7/10), giving the façade a warm, textured appearance reminiscent of weathered steel, while maintaining long-lasting durability and weather resistance. An innovative solution that combines architectural value with industrial strength.
The installation, managed by Brafon Costruzioni Edili SNC, benefited from the ease of use and quick assembly typical of Isopan systems, allowing the construction timeline to remain on track and optimizing onsite activities.
In a production environment where every saved day translates into added value, the use of prefabricated, ready-to-install systems was essential to the success of the project.
