INCI Srl, a company specialized in the production of metal structures for industrial buildings, chose Isopan solutions for the construction of its new headquarters in Cento (Ferrara).
The project was conceived with a dual goal: to create a modern, functional space for business operations, and at the same time, to serve as a permanent showroom showcasing to clients the advantages of integrating metal carpentry with insulated panels—without relying on traditional prefabricated systems.
The building is divided into two main areas, the office space and the production department, both designed to meet specific functional and aesthetic needs, making the most of the distinctive features of Isopan panels.
The office façade features Isoparete panels with Diamond finish, a choice that combines excellent thermal insulation with a refined design, thanks to its three-dimensional surface that adds depth and architectural value.
The production hall was built using Isoparete panels with RAL 7016 pre-painted steel, a technical and modern color that ensures visual consistency and durability in high-activity environments.
The roof was constructed using Isocop, the ideal sandwich panel for industrial roofs, appreciated for its high mechanical strength, excellent insulating performance, and quick installation.
The floor deck was made with LG 55 corrugated steel sheeting, a lightweight and versatile solution for composite slab systems that provides strong structural performance while speeding up construction phases.
The new INCI headquarters is a tangible example of how Isopan panels can become an integral part of architectural design, going beyond the role of simple cladding.
A building that serves both as an operational hub and a technological showroom, where functionality, aesthetics, and energy efficiency come together in perfect design balance.
