The MyMODe project represents the concept of modularity and off-site construction with a significant aesthetic and innovative impact. The structure was exhibited in the gardens of the Casa dell’Architettura at the Acquario Romano. This installation is part of the exhibition "Inventors of the Future," organized by the Order of Architects of Rome on the occasion of the National Made in Italy Day.
The structure, composed of a frame patented by Eng. Luca Pofi, is based on the concept of architectural modularity in an industrialized form. The external envelope, on the other hand, reinterprets the deconstruction of materials and finishes typical of Roman architecture. The facade features a texture characterized by a patchwork of colors, echoing the architectural context and materials present in the surrounding garden.
Isopan contributed to the realization of MyMODe by providing the ADDWind system free of charge. This ventilated facade solution from the ADDMIRA range, with ROCKWOOL stone wool insulation, ensures maximum fire protection thanks to its advanced engineering. The external envelope is completed with Rockpanel cladding from ROCKWOOL, contributing to an aesthetically appealing and contemporary effect.
MyMODe serves as the perfect opportunity to introduce Isopan's ADDMIRA product family, highlighting the importance of innovation in construction. The partnership between Manni Group and ROCKWOOL is crucial in this context, demonstrating how the synergy between advanced materials and engineering expertise can create architectural solutions that combine aesthetics, safety, and sustainability.
MyMODe is not just an architectural installation but an immersive experience that allows visitors to explore new frontiers of design and innovation, once again highlighting the value of collaboration between industry experts like Isopan and ROCKWOOL.
Isopan also participated in the "Inventors of the Future" conference organized by the Order of Architects of Rome. The event explored the connection between inventions, historical context, and inventive genius for a new digital humanism, celebrating Italian creativity while emphasizing the strategic importance of patents in architecture. It was a valuable opportunity to share ideas, discover new perspectives, and strengthen the network of professionals dedicated to innovation.
Andrea Tessadori, System Innovation Expert at Isopan, spoke during the training day with a speech titled "Off-site Steel Solutions. Innovative Building Retrofit Systems Aligned with the Goals of the European Green Deal", sharing Isopan's experience and expertise in dry construction, which contributes to reducing environmental impact.
