The retrofit of the La Casetta condominium in Isernia was a significant project aimed at modernization and energy efficiency, made possible through the Superbonus 110% and Sismabonus incentives. The project involved the complete renovation of the façade, where Isopan's advanced ventilated façade solution ADDWind was employed.
The decision to use Isopan's ADDWind system, clad with wood-effect gres slabs (600x1200 mm) with visible fixings, was influenced by several key factors. Firstly, the speed of installation without the use of scaffolding significantly accelerated the project timeline, minimizing disruptions for residents. Additionally, anchoring the façade system directly to the building's structural frame without penetrating the old infill walls with chemical anchors simplified the installation process.
From a technical standpoint, the Isopan panel used in the project is fire-certified to B-s1-d0, ensuring high safety standards. The high thermal performance achieved with a reduced thickness of the façade stratigraphy contributed to improving the building's energy efficiency, reducing consumption, and enhancing living comfort.
Another advantage of the ADDWind system was its ability to address the delivery time issues of the competing solution, while also providing effective thermal insulation and a high-quality aesthetic finish. This project further strengthened Isopan's partnership with Iaboni Brand, who have become experts in installing Isopan systems, thereby ensuring efficiency and optimal results.
