Verona, 27th January 2023 - Manni Group announces the sudden death of Giuseppe Manni, President of Holding Panfin Srl. A far-sighted entrepreneur, he transformed the business founded by his father in 1945 in Verona into an international industrial reality. Today, Manni Group is active in the steel industry and employs more than 1,200 people in 6 countries.
Giuseppe Manni has distinguished himself not only for his managerial skills, but also for his philanthropic commitment, in the cultural sphere through collaborations with universities, institutions, associations and professional orders for the dissemination of art and culture in Italy and around the world; and in the social sphere, by means of the Brain Research Foundation Verona Onlus, which he founded in 2010.
In an interview last March, Giuseppe Manni leaves this valuable reflection on the generational transition: "The orientation towards 'continuous growth', which has characterised the intense work of my 63 years lived amidst emotions and difficulties, is added to the satisfaction of achieving certain results and, of all of them, the most important one: the succession of my son Francesco [President of Manni Group Spa]. I hope to have correctly passed on the baton to my son Francesco, so that he can overcome the challenges of his life and run in the furrow traced by this story”.
